Leticia is a junior coach at Athletic Rev and Registered Yoga Teacher, with a passion for working with those new or returning to fitness and helping them to understand, develop and maximise their potential as an athlete. She also has an interest in body composition and fat loss training.
Her offerings as a coach are diversified by being a yoga teacher, believing in active mind-muscle connection whilst completing every rep, and understanding the value of incorporating regular mobility work to compensate any training regime.
Personal Training with Leticia will motivate and push you towards achieving your goals, whilst following a structured and personalised program. Private Yoga lessons or mobility programs for any level of practice are available upon request.
