With comprehensive knowledge of exercise science and extensive experience in body composition training, Cameron is known for his tactical and down to earth approach to helping clients reach their health and fitness goals.
Cam’s style of coaching has led to client success through the integration of resistance training, nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle habits. He is very well qualified academically and never rests on his laurels, continually up-skilling and learning to deliver his very best expertise to remain at the forefront of the industry. His passion for health and fitness, combined with a host of qualities and characteristics including compassion, honesty and humour has equipped him with the ability to extract the very best performance from clients of all levels and backgrounds.
Ant Usmar -

Ant’s passion and pride is creating a strong, well rounded athlete. With tenacious attention to detail with individual's technique, Ant knows every athlete is unique and needs to be treated as such. With extensive knowledge in what it takes to get you stronger, his protocols and programming have a proven track record of extraordinary results.
Having played representative level Rugby Union and recently turning his passion to Olympic Lifting, Ant knows how a professional training environment operates and believes this service should be available to all who are willing to put in the effort.
Kelly Stoikov -
Pre + Post-Natal
Kelly has a long history within the fitness industry. Not only has she worked in the administration area of a number of well-known gyms in Perth, but she has successfully committed to using personal trainers, dedication and focus to transform her own body and health.
As a next step, Kelly's passion and experience encouraged her to pursue a career in personal training and she completed a Cert III & IV in Fitness in 2015. She has already been recognised for her understanding and ability to develop appropriate programs for her clients.
Kelly is an inspiration to individuals who are keen to work towards achieving their goals. With her supportive and motivating style, her clients and members will be more than satisfied with the results.
Renee Pullen -
With a background in strength and conditioning, as well as successful career in both the bodybuilding and powerlifting industry, Renee brings extensive knowledge and experience to help her clients achieve their strength and body composition goals.
Renee is passionate about helping others become as healthy, fit and strong – mentally & physically, as they can be. Renee is an advocate for living a balanced lifestyle and adopts a holistic approach to health and fitness, helping clients improve their mental, physical and emotional health to support optimal health and well-being.
Leticia Lockhart -
Flexibility & Mobility Conditioning
Fat Loss & Improving Body Composition
Leticia is a senior coach and registered yoga teach with a passion for working with those new or returning to fitness and helping them to understand, develop and maximise their potential as an athlete. She also has an interest in body composition and fat loss training.
Her offerings as a coach are diversified by being a yoga teacher, believing in active mind-muscle connection whilst completing every rep, and understanding the value of incorporating regular mobility work to compensate any training regime.
Personal training with Leticia will motivate and push you towards achieving your goals, whilst following a structured and personalised program. Private yoga lessons or mobility programs for any level of practice are available upon request.
