I have a few loves in my life; my wife, my dog Xena, West Coast Eagles, and Athletic Revolution.
My aim as owner is to give members the best hour of their day. To create an environment that is void of any ego and where individuals feel at home. To educate, inspire, and make each and every member feel important.
I have a very down-to-earth approach to coaching and will coach you based on your character and personality, not someone else's.

My passion and pride is creating a strong, well rounded athlete.
With tenacious attention to detail with individual's technique, I understand every athlete is unique and needs to be treated as such.
With extensive knowledge in what it takes to get you stronger, the protocols and programming I implement have a proven track record of extraordinary results.
I played representative level Rugby Union and have turned my passion to Weightlifting. I know how a professional training environment operates and believe this service should be available to all who are willing to put in the effort.

I have a long history within the industry. Not only have I worked in the administration area of a number of well-known gyms in Perth, but I have successfully committed to using personal trainers to transform my own body and health.
My passion and experience for the industry has pushed me to pursue a career in personal training.
I believe in doing the basics well, building great relationships with clients, giving them what they want, and never letting my ego get in the way.
My goal is to inspire individuals to reach their goals and put the ‘personal’ into Personal Training
