Avoid the intimidation of large gyms and train in a stress-free and private environment where you can exercise with your bub by your side and meet other Mum's and bubs.
Coach Kelly has a number of qualifications and personal development in the field, so rest assured you’re in safe hands.
Classes run on Monday, Wednesday + Friday at 10:30am
