As a registered Australian Weightlifting Federation Club, with AWF qualified Coaches, we are perfectly positioned for all your Olympic Lifting needs.
Classes run on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm and Saturday morning at 8:00am.
In these sessions, Athletes follow their personalised programmes supplied by the Rev, or follow the Workout of the Day styled Oly Classes. Suited for those dropping in to sharpen up their skills.
Olympic Lifting is also available in Personal Training through Co-Owner and Olympic Lifting Coach Ant Usmar.
