Register now for your two complimentary one on one sessions and try our coaches on for size!
Your coach will first take you through a movement screening to determine any weaknesses and limitations in every day gym exercises.
From there they will teach you how to SQUAT, PRESS & DEADLIFT correctly for optimal performance and pain free quality of training.
In your second session you will then be taken through a proper workout on how you should be training based on your goals, all while getting a feel for how personal training at the Rev is run!
This is also your chance to brain pick your coach and fire away any questions.
The two sessions are at no obligation...you don't have to sign anything...we just want to provide you with an experience and showcase how passionate we are about personal training at the Rev!
