The goal of the Game Plan is to ensure all members have the confidence and base knowledge to step in to class, and not just be thrown in the deep end. We coach and practice correct technique and provide important cueing of the major movements you will perform in class as well as help you understand how we structure sessions and specific terminology. We also recognize the importance of nutrition and supplementation to compliment training goals, this is why we provide all members with the opportunity to have their body fat tested and a nutrition plan provided. We also give new members a rundown on the apps and systems we utilize, so there is no confusion and a smooth process from day dot.

First of all, changing your body is a mental decision – so we place a strong emphasis on understanding your personal goals and discovering any underlying motivators and potential stumbling blocks.

PRE-SCREENING HEALTH PROFILE

Regular physical activity is fun and healthy, and for most people very safe. However before beginning a training program we aim to identify those individuals with a known disease, condition or injury who may be at a higher risk of an adverse effect during physical activity.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENING

The information in this functional movement screening is used to diagnose functional limitations such as diminished proprioception, tightness, weakness, and asymmetry in basic movement patterns.

STRUCTURAL BALANCE ASSESSMENT

For optimal athletic performance and pain free quality of training, specific ratios of strength imbalances must be addressed.

LENGTH TENSION ASSESSMENT

We conduct length tension assessments of the major muscle groups to assess deficiencies in range of motion.


BIOPRINT MODULATION

BioPrint is a body fat test method used to examine the way the body stores fat as a reflection of the individual’s hormonal status. The program regularly monitors body composition (body fat % and lean muscle mass) and supplementation needs.

NUTRITION REVIEW

Whatever your goal, the foods you eat are as crucial to your progress as to the amount of hard work you put in the gym. We cover all avenues of nutrition, including but not limited to factors such as nutritional status, body composition, digestive efficiency, detoxification and hormonal profile.
