AR Wellbeing Guidelines
Hello and thank you – we’re so glad you’re here. It brings us great joy to support your strength and fitness goals.
As we move through the challenges of COVID-19, it is our priority to offer the highest standards of good health and wellbeing for our community and team.
The steps we’re taking to reduce the spread are in line with current WA State government regulations. We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with these simple guidelines and share the responsibility with us.

Priority
Health Standards
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. If a member of your household is unwell or a close contact, please stay home. If you attend the gym and are showing COVID-19 symptoms, a Coach may respectfully ask you to leave.
Mask Wearing
Is required at all public indoor settings, unless you are participating in vigorous exercise or medically exempt. For us, this means wearing a mask indoors up until your session starts, then again once your session finishes.
Proof of Vaccination
Is now required for gyms, fitness centres + health studios. You can show an acceptable form of proof of vaccination or, a medical exemption to a Coach upon arrival of your first visit.
Checking In
It is a requirement to check in upon entry to the gym via the ServiceWA or SafeWA App upon entry. We have a SafeWA QR code + paper contact register available at the front desk.
Responding to COVID_19
If you have been at the gym while infectious with COVID-19 or are a close contact, please contact us ASAP via ph: 0402700758 or email: contact@athleticrev.com.au
In the event that an AR member or Coach is confirmed as a COVID-19 case, we will contact 13COVID (13 26843) and follow the advice of public health officials.

Classes
Class Capacity
Group training will be limited to 16 people per class during the week, with up to 24 person limit on Saturday.
Booking Requirement
Class booking via Athletic Rev App is essential to participate. If you arrive to class without a booking, unfortunately you will be turned away.
Waitlist + Cancellation
Should a class become fully booked, please add yourself to the waitlist. Additionally, if you are booked into a class and can no longer make it, please be courteous to your fellow team mates and cancel prior to class time with sufficient notice.
A late cancel fee will be applied if you cancel your class reservation:
- less than 9 hours prior to AM class times
- less than 4 hours prior to PM class times

Go Contactless
Physical Distancing
Please practice at 1.5m safe social distancing at all times inside the gym.
Class Sign-in
At the beginning of each class, an AR Coach will note attendance via the Mindbody Business App.
Transactions
If you need to make a transaction, we have EFT available or can debit your membership account.
Hygiene Protocols
Hand Washing
We ask that you please wash your hands thoroughly on arrival + exit. Liquid soap and paper towels are available for you to use in each bathroom.
Hand Sanitiser
Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the gym - please use it frequently.
Towel Use
Keep your sweat to yourself. Please use your own personal sport towel at all times when training.
Cleaning
Cleaning + Disinfecting
In addition to our frequent cleaning routine, we will utilise closed gym hours to deep-clean and disinfect all surfaces. We use Aeris Active - a hospital grade hard surface disinfectant cleaner that provides antibacterial protection for up to 7 days or 200 touches. You can view additional information.
Equipment
Disinfectant disposable wipes are available to members - please use it to wipe shared equipment between use.
