We offer two group training options:
Rev-Con is our hero Strength + Conditioning program. You'll get the best of weight training, body re-composition and high intensity cardio - you could say like CrossFit...but different.
Females Strength + Physique is our exclusive offering for women that provides the right blend of strength training, circuit style resistance training and HIIT.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class. We’ll show you around, help you sign in + introduce you to your fellow teammates.
What to bring
Your own water bottle, sport towel and an awesome attitude. We have pigeonholes to store your belongings and two unisex showers/changerooms if you need to refresh post-workout.
Get your energy levels up
Food is fuel. Ensure you have enough in the tank to get you through your workout. Eat a well-balanced meal around two hours prior to working out, or if you’re short on time, a small snack or shake one-hour prior.
What you eat post-workout matters to, but we can chat more about that later!
