Leg swings forward and back x5 each side
Leg Swings side to side x5 each side
Egg beater kick 5 clockwise and anti clockwise each leg
Easy burpees x8

Part 2 - 2 Rounds

Heel elevated gymnast squats - focusing on depth x20
Knees over toes lunge, start by using hands to assist the body and work to no hands x8 per leg
Progressively wider squats 3 in close stance then step wider and wider each time x5 steps (15 reps total)
