Monday, 6 April + Thursday, 9 April

Part 1 - 2 Sets:
Hip Circles - inward/outward, on both legs
Glute Bridges three ways - with feet in ducks stance (heels touching), regular shoulder width stance, and sumo stance (wide feet)
Strict sit ups with a forward reach

Part 2 - 2 Sets:
Squat + twist*
Lunge + twist
Squat hands to feet
Lunge + overhead reach
