Terrific gym with well structured classes consisting of programming to improve strength, fitness and overall functional movement. Has a great community of members that make it a really enjoyable place to train each day. Cam and his team of experienced coaches are highly knowledgeable and cater for all fitness levels and ability. At 34, I’ve never felt stronger or fitter after a history of repeat soft tissue and ligament injuries. Highly recommend this place!
