Part 1 - 2 Sets:
Forward Fold, plus twist
Forward Fold, reaching between the legs with full hip extension/slight lean back at the top (With each rep, widen the feet + try to reach further between the legs)
30sec Plank

Part 2 - 2 Sets:
Elevated feet plank with knee bend: 6 slow and deep knee bends on one leg and then the other
30 sec Spiderman Stretch
20 sec Side Plank
